Do you know as per scriptures “Indriya nigrah” control of Senses is one of the qualities of Dharma. So anyone who has no control over one’s senses, how can you call him a Dharmic? In Vedic scriptures the position of women is always high as compared to other religions.
Womens have battled for their status, contribution and role in the communities, religions, and the country for quite a long time. What’s more, ladies in Hinduism are the same. Ladies customarily would carry on with the life of a mother and a spouse following the strides of their ancestors
Some proofs are as follows:
1) When Draupadi was raped by Kauravas, Pandavas destroyed whole of the family of Kauravas.
2) Manu Smriti says “Yatra Nari Astu Pujyante, Ramante Tatra Devataa” The Gods reside in places where woman is worshiped.
3) “Women are worthy of worship. They are the fate of the household, the lamp of enlightenment for all in the household. They bring solace to the family and are an integral part of Dharmic life. Even heaven is under the control of women. The Gods reside in those households where women are worshipped and in households where women are slighted all efforts at improvement go in vain.” Manusmriti 3-56
4) Will Durant (1885-1981) American historian says in his book Story of Civilization:
“Women enjoyed far greater freedom in the Vedic period than in later India. She had more to say in the choice of her mate than the forms of marriage might suggest. She appeared freely at feasts and dances, and joined with men in religious sacrifice. She could study, and like Gargi, engage in philosophical disputation. If she was left a widow there were no restrictions upon her remarriage.”
5) Verse 6.4.17 Brihadaranyaka Upanishad:
atha ya icchedduhitā me paṇḍitā jāyeta, sarvamāyuriyāditi, tilaudanaṃ pācayitvā sarpiṣmantamaśnīyātām; īśvarau janayitavai
“One who wishes that a daughter should be born who would be a scholar and attain a full term of life, should have rice cooked with sesamum, and both should eat it with clarified butter. Then the creators (would-be parents) would indeed be able to produce such a daughter.”
6) There is no mention of Sahagamana (Sati) whatsoever in either Vedic literature or any of the early Dharmasutras or Dharmasastras. By “early Dharmasutras or Dharmasastras”, I refer specifically to both the early Dharmasutras of Apastamba, Hiranyakesin, Gautama, Baudhayana and Vasistha, and the later Dharmasastras of Manu, Narada, and Yajnavalkya.

7) ब्रह्मचर्येण कन्या युवानं विन्दते पतिम् |
A youthful Kanya (कन्या, girl) who graduates from Brahmacharya, obtains a suitable husband.
— Atharva Veda, 11.5.18
8)The Harita Dharmasutra, a later era Hindu text states there are two kind of women: sadhyavadhu who marry without going to school, and the brahmavadini who go to school first to study the Vedas and speak of Brahman. The Hindu Sastras and Smritis describe varying number of Sanskara (rite of passage). Upanayana rite of passage symbolized the start of education process. Like the Vedas, the ancient Sutras and Shastra Sanskrit texts extended education right to women, and the girls who underwent this rite of passage then pursued studies were called Brahmavadini. Those who didn’t, performed Upanayana ceremony at the time of their wedding. Instead of sacred thread, girls would wear their robe (now called sari or saree) in the manner of the sacred thread, that is over her left shoulder during this rite of passage.
9) Marriage : In this story women take on an extremely crucial role, particularly with regards to being a spouse and mother. Marriage was significant if a family line (faction) was to endure. This was most significant in the decision class. Also, shockingly the spouse played a functioning job no matter what, including choices about decision the kingdom
10.) Devi is said to hold the most intensity of all the Hindu divine beings. She is also said to have numerous structures and uses them to suit different requirements. Be that as it may, regardless of her identity, she will dependably be the spouse of the god Shiva. There are many more evidences in scriptures. The problem with people is that in name of so called secularism whatever rubbish is told to them they believe without asking for evidences. Who will tell you that so many hindu women were raped in Kashmir when pandits were firced to leave kashmir? Have you thought of that? They weren’t hindus who raped there? I can show the position of women in other religions but I don’t believe in raising up by pushing someone down. Only thing I want to tell is don’t attack Hinduism again and again. You can imagine the result of teasing a sleeping lion.
