SHANKAR – ARDENT DEVOTEE OF LORD ARUNACHALA
INTRODUCTION
Shankar is an ardent devotee of Lord Arunachala, a form of Lord Shiva, and he had received many favours through the blessings of Lord Arunachala. Shankar was born in the year 1972 at Ayanavaram, Chennai and from his childhood itself he was very much interested in visiting temples and used to attend the divine lectures at the temples.
Shankar first visited the Annamalaiyar Temple at Thiruvannamalai during the year 2002. After his first visit, he experienced lot of good changes in his life. He got a good job in Chennai, and subsequently he got promotions and increments through the grace of Lord Shiva and Mata Parvati. During his second visit to Tiruvannamalai, he went along with his friend, and after getting down from the bus at Tiruvannamalai Bus Depot, he found that his bag was cut by someone, and the money purse which was kept inside the bag was went missing. Shankar immediately took his friend and climbed again in the empty bus, and searched for that purse, and to his great surprise, the purse was found lying in the bottom of the last seat of the bus. Immediately Shankar had thanked Lord Shiva, picked the money purse and cheerfully visited the great Annamalaiyar Temple along with his friend.
Once when a car was about to knock him, he felt that someone had pushed him on the other side of the road, and miraculously he has escaped from that big accident. Similar to that, Shankar had experienced lot of miraculous incidents in his life, and due to the blessings of Lord Shiva, his various health issues were sorted out. In course of time, he got married and settled in his life. Shankar strongly believes that all these good things are happened only through the divine grace of Lord Arunachala, and so far he had visited Annamalaiyar Temple for several times, and in this year 2020, during the month of January, he visited Tiruvannamalai Temple along with his family, and had the nice darshan of Lord Shiva and Mata Parvati.
Currently Shankar is residing at Perambur, Chennai and working as a Manager in a private firm.
Let us worship the great Lord Arunachala and be blessed.
